MÉTODOS: Estudo de caso narrativo com foco na política nacional e no planejamento estratégico interno.

CONCLUSÕES: A partir de 2000, a Coolmine embarcou em uma jornada de gestão da mudança que manteve a organização na vanguarda do tratamento de drogas e álcool na Irlanda e internacionalmente, mantendo a fidelidade à Comunidade Terapêutica.
