My name is Rey, I work at Cebu City Office for Substance Abuse Prevention here in Philippines.

Growing up from a humbled family, today I work as a Peer Counselor under Demand Reduction Division, Bhutan Narcotics Control Authority since 2018. I had a privilege in working in addiction fields from grassroots level and also in connection to law. Not only did I provided the service to my people but also learned alot while working. Despite my qualifications, I eagerly look forward to serve those in addictions stages and would always love to learn more. Looking forward with guidance and support from all the addiction professionals and friends. Thank you!
